Yoga Retreat

The retreat begins with arrival at Herdade da Burquilheira, where time slows down and Nature sets the rhythm. Participants are welcomed with a tasting of Amante organic olive oil, produced on the estate itself — an authentic first encounter with the land and its flavours.

This is followed by an introductory session in which the history of Herdade da Burquilheira is shared and the spirit of the retreat is presented.

The following morning, even before the day has fully awakened, a peaceful walk begins towards the dam wall — an invitation to contemplate the sunrise. The return to the estate unfolds calmly, accompanied by the silence of the landscape and the soft morning light, allowing the experience to settle and preparing both body and mind for a yoga class designed to gently awaken inner energy.

The afternoon is free, dedicated to deep rest, reading, contemplating the landscape, or simply doing nothing — in full harmony with the surrounding Nature.

On the final day, the retreat concludes with a morning yoga session, a moment of integration and farewell, allowing participants to carry with them the serenity, balance, and connection created with the place.
